About
Born in Kypseli, cooking since I was nine, six years in restaurant kitchens before I decided I preferred eating to plating. My family has used the same butcher in Varvakios market since 1974.
What I offer
A walking dinner through three or four places: mezedes in a basement ouzeri, grilled meat somewhere with paper tablecloths, and dessert from a bakery that has not changed a recipe in forty years.
