How it works

Insiders is a directory, not a tour operator

We connect travelers with local hosts who list themselves and set their own prices. Insiders does not organize, supervise or take payment for what happens between you and a host. The agreement, the plan, and the payment are between the two of you, arranged directly, outside the platform.

1. Find a host

Browse hosts by city and interest. Every published host has passed identity verification by our team, so you know who you are meeting.

2. Send a request

Pick a date, number of guests, and tell the host what you are after. They have 48 hours to accept or decline.

3. Message and agree the details

Once accepted, a private message thread opens for that booking. Agree the meeting point, timing and payment directly with your host.

4. Meet, then review

After the booking date, the host marks it complete. Both of you can then leave a review. Reviews are double-blind: yours only appears once the other side has also reviewed, or after 14 days, whichever comes first.

Hosts are responsible adults

Hosts confirm they are adults, identity-verified, and solely responsible for what they offer, for their own safety practices, and for their own tax obligations. Insiders does not employ hosts.

Not allowed on Insiders

Anything illegal under local law, sexual services, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Any profile or booking that breaks this can be reported and will be removed.
