I curate for an independent space in Metaxourgeio and have spent a decade photographing the interwar apartment blocks nobody notices from the street. Athens hides most of what it is proud of behind unmarked doors.
What I offer
Studio visits with artists I know, a look inside two or three buildings that are not open to the public, and the context for why this neighbourhood became the centre of the scene.
