My family has grown assyrtiko on Santorini for three generations, trained in the low basket vines the island is known for. I now guide tastings across five wineries, several of them family friends who do not normally open to groups.
What I offer
A tasting route across wineries most tours never reach, an explanation of the basket-vine growing method unique to this island, and a proper sit-down dinner at a vineyard if you want to make an evening of it.
