I have photographed Santorini for magazines and couples for eleven years and live in Oia year round, past the tourist season most people only see in July photos. I know the caldera in every light, not just the famous one.
What I offer
A sunrise or blue-hour walk through Oia and Fira away from the crowd, an explanation of the volcanic architecture cut into the cliff, and a photo session timed for the light rather than the schedule.
